Another training dimension is our User Group Meeting (UGM), an international event that takes place every 2 or 3 years at different locations around the United States. This meeting gives you and your staff an opportunity to interact directly with ISOtrain’s developers, Quality team, support staff and other global users. Venues include hands-on experience in a lab area where developers show you the product being developed, group discussions, presentations, question-and-answer sessions, and networking events. Your staff obtains the information they are looking for –straight from the product developers– and has the opportunity to learn how others are using ISOtrain in creative and effective ways. It will place you and your team ahead of the game with firsthand experience, knowledge and insight, along with tips and tricks.
