iTools is an add-on software package designed to centralize and facilitate configuration of iMail, iConfig, iReport and iLMS Check.
Is a tool designed to provide extended e-mail and notification functionality to enhance your training communication management. With iMail, you can define and execute the distribution of training requirement notifications by e-mail to Employees that meet a specific set of criteria. It works with ISOtrain and any industry standard SMPT e-mail product.Through ISOtrain, you can define employee training requirements, schedule training sessions, and register training results. Within iTools, iMail allows you to execute an Oracle server job to determine which employees that match a specific course, employee and module criteria are due for training, and to automatically construct and send the corresponding e-mail notifications. These notifications aid all employees to maintain a current and up-to-date qualification status, and also facilitate management’s access.
Is a registration tool that provides you a centralized location to register your company’s configuration parameters directly into ISOtrain’s Web.config files. It simply provides you a standard interface to easily record configuration changes, and to automatically update your Web.config file upon initial ISOtrain installation, as new ISOtrain versions are installed, and as required due to changes within your company.
Another one of ISOtrain’s integrated applications, manages report scheduling. Through ISOtrain, you can pre-define individual reports and groups of reports for automatic batch processing according to pre-selected criteria and execution parameters, and also manage such scheduled jobs. iReport allows you to administer all scheduled report jobs for all ISOtrain users from one centralized location. You may adjust the jobs’ pre-selected parameters, control their execution status, customize failure and retry operations, manage the overall report batch processing schedule and today’s schedule, and view the status and execution history of all service events. This is how it works: When running iTool’s iReport options, a Windows’ batch processing service automatically runs your customized iReport queries, processes the pre-scheduled reports at the specified time and according to the specified parameters, and automatically delivers the requested output.
Is an ISOtrain integrated service that manages ISOtrain’s license expiration check and its generation of license renewal messages. ISOtrain’s Registration and Setup LMS section contains the License Activation Date, as registered under Softek’s assistance. iLMS Check allows you to administer the license check from one centralized location. You may adjust its pre-defined execution parameters and message text, manage the service schedule, and view the status and execution history of all service events.
