Our Solutions

iLink

Is an ISOtrain web service that provides “qualification results” as requested by an external application. This useful tool ensures that employees and contractors complete all requirements before performing any activity to linked external applications like equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, accessing a restricted area, etc. Based on ISOtrain records, it provides Qualification Status result for employees (whether Qualified or Not Qualified), for specific training requirements, and for training units.

iDoc

Is an ISOtrain document management interface that allows you to configure ISOtrain’s course definition and associated records, and to run it as an automatic service requiring no user involvement. It was built as a generic interface for currently used industry-standard Document Management systems. Through iDoc’s configuration, you can define ISOtrain field values that are not available in your Document Management System and also perform other configured actions like Course Catalog maintenance. iDoc generates output files containing errors, inactivations and transactions already committed to ISOtrain’s database, and sends error notifications via email for further evaluation. Transaction logs are also available.

iHR

Is an ISOtrain human resources interface to external applications that facilitates employee and security record definition. It was built as a generic interface for currently used industry-standard Human Resources systems, a service requiring no user involvement except for its configuration. Through iHR configuration, you can define ISOtrain field values or characteristics that will define values not provided by the Human Resources System. It performs ISOtrain’s complete maintenance when your company’s HR system is configured to use iHR. It generates output files containing errors, employee terminations, transactions already committed to ISOtrain’s database, and output records that can be manage by ISOtrain’s standard upload process, and sends error notifications via email for further evaluation. All transactions are recorded in a log table.
